Marketing Associate (Work From Home)

A creative and well-organized professional who is responsible for implementing marketing initiatives, and day-to-day administrative functions which include but are not limited to forecasting trends, handling social media accounts, and organizing company events; directly reports to the Chief Operations Officer.

Event Management
  • Acquires and maintains university partnerships through Industry-Academe linkage within the country through sponsorships.
  • Participates in the recruitment events such as school events, speaking engagements, and job fairs, among others, in coordination with the Sales Recruitment Specialist.
  • Manages the company’s work collaboration online platform by posting announcements, and ensuring that online engagement targets are met.
  • Spearheads company events such as Town Hall Meetings, Team Building, Company Anniversary, Health Month, Halloween, and Christmas Parties, among others.
  • Liaise with different vendors and suppliers for all event/activity needs.
  • Coordinates with the Graphic Designer in creating publication materials.
  • Creates suitable budget plans for the needs and maintenance of all organized activities.
Social Media Management
  • Develops and implements a digital marketing strategy to promote the company’s websites, social media platforms, and other web-based resources.
  • Manages the company’s social media accounts and advertisements (organic and paid advertising) on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Adwords, among others.
  • Develops, writes, and delivers compelling headlines and body copy for the website, email marketing campaigns, sales collateral, videos, and blogs.
  • Plans and runs an SEO strategy (i.e., managing website content, backlink building, competitor monitoring, and keyword generation).
  • Liaise with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Ensures the accuracy of reports (i.e., Google analytics, tracking engagement, tracking paid advertising effectiveness, and understanding target audiences).
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media developments.

Consistently and diligently follows agreed marketing processes and protocols. Other tasks may be assigned by the Management team from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and oral) are essential;
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns is an advantage;
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques is a plus;
  • Resourceful, adaptable, and a fast learner;
  • Able to work within a multicultural environment;
  • Organized, detailed minded, independent thinker, and take great pride in work quality; and
  • Candidates who are available to start ASAP will be given priority.
