What is KanDroid?
Personal Kanban for Android (KanDroid) is a simple application used to visualize and control personal tasks. The app tracks 3 things: Tasks you have to do, Tasks you are doing (work-in-progress), and Tasks done.
How KanDroid Works
Kanban is a Japanese word that means “signboard”, and is a concept related to lean and just-in-time production. One of the rules of personal Kanban is to limit your work-in-progress, where you can only do a limited number of tasks at the same time to be effective.
The KanDroid app allows you to set your work-in-progress (WIP) limit. For example, if your WIP limit is 5 tasks, then the app will only allow you to input up to 5 tasks in your work-in-progress bucket.
