GRAPHIC DESIGNER INTERN

The Graphics Designer Intern will be joining the Marketing Team of O&B and would act as an in-house creative agency for all of the company's creative requirements. The successful candidate will have a valuable participation in the actual projects-from conceptualization, development, production to execution of creative works.

Projects don't start and end with graphic design; the responsibilities extend towards web design/development, branding, marketing, search engine optimization, video production, etc. O&B's internship program for Graphic Designer interns will provide projects that will help prepare them for the real world.

The successful candidate can take advantage of the company's facilities and resources (books, internal training, and will also have a comfortable and cool workplace while learning and working simultaneously.

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. Candidates should be current Junior to Senior student taking up Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Information Systems, or any related course.
  2. Able to multi-task; with good layout, design talent and video editing skills.
  3. Creative and willing to learn new things.

HR INTERN

The HR Intern will be joining the talent management arm of Orange & Bronze Software Labs Inc. The team helps in building the software community through supporting different areas, like academe, together with users groups and organizations.

This is complemented by the internal growth and career development of all our O&Bers, balancing growth from within and outside the company.

Job Description:

  • Provides general administrative support to Recruitment activities of the company
  • Screens and sources out resumes to various job portals
  • Administers examinations to all shortlisted candidates
  • Compiles scores and schedule interviews for qualified applicants
  • Facilitates checking of examination papers, coordinates with the interviewer for his/her availability, and schedules interview both for technical and behavioral interviews
  • Updates recruitment tracker to provide detailed information of all applicants
  • Prepares Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement for newly hired employees
  • Performs routine clerical duties including replying to emails, filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Prepares job offer kits which includes pre-employment requirements, government forms, and bank forms
  • Updates HR tracker for all types of movements such as promotion and salary increases.
  • Assists in preparing HR internal and external events

Qualifications:

Candidate must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

  • Screens resumes of all candidates for different job vacancies of the company.
  • Calls qualified applicants for scheduled examinations and interviews.
  • Administers examinations to all shortlisted candidates, facilitates checking of examination papers and compiles their exams scores.
  • Updates recruitment tracker to provide detailed information of all applicants.
  • Participates in HR events such as school events and company events.

SOFTWARE ARCHITECT OR SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Job Description:

  • Design Java systems
  • Lead and mentor teams of software engineers, particularly in the technical aspects of their work.
  • Accountable for the overall performance of the team, the discipline, morale and growth of team members, and client satisfaction.

BUSINESS ANALYST / QUALITY ASSURANCE

Job Description:

  1. Business Analysis

    Elicits and analyzes requirements for a software development project. Will serve as business domain experts in a team. Writes documentation in the form of, but not limited to, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams.

  2. Quality Assurance

    Verifies that work produced meets elicited requirements through test plan / test case development and execution. Spearheads the quality measures that the team will adhere to by formulating code quality and test case quality metrics, among other things. Familiarity with the use of issue-tracking software is a plus.
