How can I apply?
What happens after I submit my application?
A pre-employment assessment will be sent via email. You must complete the assessment within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
In case you do not receive the online assessment within twenty-four (24) hours, notify us at careers@orangeandbronze.com.
We will send another email to make sure you receive the information.
What are the pre-employment assessments for job and internship applicants?
- Software Engineering positions - online programming exam. The applicant may choose his/her preferred programming language.
- Quality Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Software Tester, or Systems Administrator positions:
- Online English and Math Proficiency Tests
- Online Technical exam specific to the position applied for - only applicants who pass both the English and Math Proficiency Tests will be invited to take the technical exam.
- Applicants for Business Support positions (HR, Sales, and other administrative positions) - online English and Math Proficiency Tests. Only applicants who pass both will be invited for interviews.
How will I know if I passed or failed the exam/interview?
You will be notified at every stage of the application process via call or email.
Results will be released within a week of the final stage of the selection process.
How does your recruitment and selection process work?
- O&B’s HR team evaluates applications based on the profile and results of the pre-employment assessment.
- Shortlisted applicants will be invited to the O&B Headquarters for technical and behavioral interviews. In some cases, an applicant may be invited for an interview by O&B clients.
- O&B makes an offer to a qualified applicant after the required interviews.
How long does it take for an applicant to get hired?
A qualified applicant may receive an offer within 2-3 weeks from the receipt of the application.
