Calen Legaspi, CEO of Orange & Bronze Software Labs, was appointed as the Director for Technology of the Philippine Software Industry Association (PSIA) Board of Directors.  His first task is to organize the "PSIA Technology Council", a group of the top software developers in the Philippines, representing diverse technologies and specializations.  The goals of the Technology Council are to highlight the high-end software development capabilities of Filipino software developers, and to help in the capability-building efforts of the PSIA for the software industry.
